Purity Rituals

Any beauty ritual should always start with a deep cleanse. Only a little effort is needed to have a perfectly cleansed and supple skin. Daily cleansing is necessary to rid your body of impurities and germs, but be careful, as a purified skin doesn't necessarily mean a soft skin.
Weekly exfoliation of dead skin cells will maintain the skin's ideal thickness as well as the epidermis's auto-hydration, whilst preserving or boosting the production of the skin's natural moisturizing factors. Moreover, exfoliating improves the micro-circulation, so the skin will be better irrigated and allow treatment care products to be absorbed more easily.
By combining softness and efficacy, Thalgo offers its Purity Rituals to all skin types, even the most sensitive.
Rich in minerals and algae extracts, the skin is remineralized, calmed and softened. Enriched in oil and vegetal extracts, the Purity Ritual ingredients respect the skin in its entirety.

Thalassotherapy

Did you know that the Sea can be used as a medicine?
Research had been done and in the 16th  Century, as French doctor and anatomist, Ambrose Pare' treated Henri III with seawater bath to cure his scabies. In the 17th Century the Sea bathing became a "health craze" in England, especially in Brighton, sparked by an eccentric doctor, Richard Russell. King George IV had also undergone the cure.
The term "Thalasotherapy" was made by the French. It means "Sea water cures". In the 19th Century the French became specialists in sea water cures. Throughout the world there are numerous Thalassotherapy destinations. Thalgo is the world leader in Thalassotherapy.

Lifestyle has also contribute a huge factor to your cancer risk. Make sure that you are living a healthy lifestyle. Ageing for dummies

Everyone knows that they will age, even if none of us want to, unfortunately its part of life. We can't be young and beautiful forever. I would of never known that already at the age of 25 years, your body slowly decreases the production of Collagen. We all think that ageing will only impact us at a later stage, far in the future. 25 Years of age is extremely young and then you need to bare will the fact that you have reached the first stage of ageing. Luckily there are bound to ways to decrease the signs of ageing, not just as an outside appearance but inside as well. I've picked up a few tips throughout my life on anti-ageing and yes, exercise is one of them. Unfortunately, when you have a busy day life, going to gym after a tough day at work sounds like a nightmare. Personally I would rather drive home, hop into bed and enjoy a good night's sleep. But exercise plays an important role in keeping fit, and in fact gives you that boost. Another important factor to consider, is your sugar intake~ yes sugar is amazing but is it worth it, if all get out wrinkles. My mother always used to say "A moment on the lips and a lifetime on the hips". For some reason that still didn't scare me even. But a balanced diet is important to keep you young and healthy. SO... lets start together and set goals to become healthier and drink our 8 glasses of water per day and EXERCISE.

End result- you will look 40 at the age of 50- a dream for all of us.
